How do I know whether I need a repair or a new roof?
The answer depends on the condition of the roof as a whole, the extent of the issue and whether a durable local repair is practical. The assessment explains those findings and gives you a written recommendation. Age alone is not the whole story.
What is included in a written roof estimate?
The scope should identify the proposed materials and work, property protection, removal and disposal, payment stages, assumptions and exclusions. Any allowance for hidden damage should be explained before you agree to the project.
Can I compare shingles and metal roofing?
Yes. The materials page explains the starting points. A project-specific conversation considers appearance, roof geometry, upkeep and budget, with physical samples at the consultation.
